Computed results carry their inputs, method, and checked assumptions. Decision rules choose the supported tests and charts. When the method cannot support an answer, the tool names the limit and routes the work to a person with the right expertise.
The local tool suite works without AI or an internet connection. The optional advisor uses your own API key and sends the work you ask it to review to the model provider.

The repository includes worked projects, reference tests for the calculations, and a guided test drive. Follow the same inputs through the tools and inspect the results.
This is a tool for improvement work and learning the method. It does not confer a Six Sigma certification.
